Return Policy
If goods have been ordered in error, Cannyworx Digital may agree to their return on following conditions:
1. The Buyer contacts Cannyworx Digital within 7 days of receiving Item(s) and will be entitled to a full refund. If after 7 days (up to 14 days), the buyer wants to return the goods, they will only be eligible for an exchange and extra transportation charges shall be on buyers account.
2. Depending on the decision taken once The Buyer has contacted Cannyworx Digital, all returns must be accompanied with a brief letter stating why The Buyer is returning the goods, along with their full contact details. If this information is not provided, we will be unable to return your product to you and reserve the right to dispose of your product three months after receipt. You must inform us if you change your address.
3. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and sent back to Cannyworx Digital in its original packaging (Returns address – Cannyworx Digital, Office 002, 4th Floor, City Vista, Kharadi, Pune – 411014
4. Carriage charges will be charged for goods ordered in error by The Buyer.
5. Carriage charges will not be refunded for any orders returned where The Buyer is at fault.
6. Refund will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days
If Goods are faulty on arrival, Cannyworx Digital may agree to their return on following conditions:
I. Depending on the decision taken once The Buyer has contacted Cannyworx Digital, all returns must be accompanied with a brief letter stating why The Buyer is returning the goods, along with their full contact details. IV. Refund will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days.
CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation after any order has been dispatched is not acceptable.
If there is an error regarding product or price Cannyworx Digital have the right to cancel the order up until the goods have been received.
